It has been over a decade long struggle of providing Software, hardware, network, e-commerce & mobile apps solutions. Since it was difficult to keep providing all these services as a sole trader, we decided to move our business under the tree of a limited company. We registered our sole trader business as a limited company under the name of SYMANTRONIX IT CONSULTANCY LTD.

Further penetrate in IT Sector as Limited Company.

At the beginning of the year 2020, an unbelievable disease covid 19 unleashed, and it became pandemic in a matter of days. This pandemic forced people to be housebound due to lockdown. This lockdown positively impacted online businesses and everyone who had mobile access started placing online orders. This helped flourish the online web business to a great extent. Once again, we felt the need for mobile application development as they were getting popular. Small to medium-sized companies need a third-party provider who can develop mobile applications according to their requirements. Therefore, we started providing the bespoke affordable mobile application solution to small-medium businesses.

As our business matured, and almost after one year in the IT infrastructure industry, we started thinking about entering the E-commerce industry. We started providing in early 2018 a whole new set of web services to our esteem customers such as domain registration, domain handling, website {designing, development, deploying & testing} e-commerce shopping cart site, contents-based hosting and many more web & e-commerce services.

We further expanded the business and started providing network solutions service including SOHO, troubleshooting, planning & designing new it networks infrastructure. We have a team of Microsoft and Cisco certified staff who can provide accurate and realistic problem-solving solutions that are beneficial in terms of cost and time.

After two years of hardship in the software business and adding many trusted clients to our business portfolio, we realized that the companies or clients we serve for their software solutions also require support for their IT infrastructure problems. We closely started monitoring our clients' needs and requirements and finally decided to provide bespoke hardware solutions to their computer peripheral problems.

I decided to start my own IT business in 2009. My decision of running my own business was based on several factors. At that time, there was plenty of room to grow in surrounding areas as an experienced IT consultancy company that could serve customer needs and build good relationships. The constancy firm should be able to solve customers' IT problems efficiently and in a short time frame. Therefore, I laid a foundation for SYMANTRONIX. Initially, I started as a Sole Trader and focused on software development and consultancy.
