In case of a more complex problem, then we have level 3 staff who have deep, extensive knowledge in the respected field who will come to your place either the same day or next at the earliest and resolve the issue.
Usually, we do 6 to 12 months of the contract. However, we are fully flexible, and we discussed with each client and tailored the service contract according to their needs and time frame. Also, we are happy to change the SLA terms and cost during the contract phase period. We won't charge any fine for earlier termination or switching to another contract.
